🔁 What is your return and refund policy?
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items.
To request one, please send photos or videos of the defect to support@bandoun.com within 48 to 72 hours of delivery.

❌ Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, size, color, or style preference.
However, if your item is defective, we do accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact us at support@bandoun.com within 48 to 72 hours of delivery, with photos or videos showing the issue.

Standard shipping from US warehouse: 3 to 7 business days

📦 What if my order is late or lost?
Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package is lost or damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@bandoun.com, with photo or video proof.
👉 If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, but you didn’t receive the package:

Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.

Email us a written declaration so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
📌 Bandoun reserves the right to deny a refund if the carrier confirms delivery and no sufficient proof of non-receipt is provided.
